Contact & Support
Before contacting support, keep your registered email address or username, the date and amount of the transaction, and a brief description of the issue within reach. Having a screenshot or transaction reference number available helps resolve problems faster. The more details you provide, the quicker the support team can assist you.
Yes, bcd99's support team is active 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Whether it's late at night or early morning, you can reach us anytime via live chat or email. There are no fixed office hours — contact us whenever it suits you.
Absolutely. bcd99's support team serves players in both Bengali and English. For Bangladeshi players, communicating in Bengali is the most comfortable option. Explain your issue in your own language — we will help you the same way.
bcd99 offers two support channels: first, live chat directly on the site — this is the fastest option; second, email — writing to [email protected] allows you to explain matters in detail. Choose live chat for urgent issues, and email for complex account or payment matters.
Cricket & Sports Betting
Yes, bcd99 offers betting on various international cricket tournaments including BPL, the T20 World Cup, IPL, and ICC events. Each match has multiple betting markets, such as match winner, top batter, and total runs — giving players a more varied betting experience.
bcd99 supports accumulator bets, where you can add multiple events to a single slip. The odds of each selection are multiplied together, so potential winnings can be much higher — but all selections must win. Adding more events increases the risk, so choose carefully.
Live in-play betting lets you place bets in real time while a match is ongoing. The odds shift with every moment of the match — for example, a wicket falling or a big shot can create new betting opportunities. It makes cricket betting more exciting, but you need to make decisions quickly.
Decimal odds look like 1.85 or 3.50 — the number shows the total return for every one unit staked. For example, a ৳100 bet at odds of 3.00 returns ৳300 in total (profit of ৳200). The higher the odds, the lower the chance of winning — but the reward is greater if you do.
Live Casino
In Baccarat, two hands are dealt — the Player and the Banker. You bet on which hand will score closest to 9, or whether it will be a tie. When card values are added together, only the second digit counts (for example, 15 counts as 5). The rules are simple, so new players can enjoy the game quickly.
Yes, bcd99's live casino works fully on mobile. You can join live dealer tables through a mobile browser on both Android and iOS devices. With a good internet connection, live video streaming runs smoothly and the betting experience is just as enjoyable as on desktop.
Yes, both games are available in bcd99's live casino. Teen Patti is a three-card game where the strongest hand wins — it is very popular across South Asia. In Andar Bahar, one card is placed in the middle and you bet on whether a card of the same value will appear on the left side (Andar) or the right side (Bahar). Both games are simple and fast-paced.
A Roulette wheel contains numbers from 0 to 36. You can bet on one or more numbers, a specific colour (red/black), odd/even, or groups of numbers. After the wheel spins, the number where the ball lands is the result. Betting on a specific number pays more; betting on a colour gives a higher chance of winning.
Each live table has a set minimum and maximum bet limit, which is clearly displayed on the table screen. Options range from low-limit tables to high-stakes tables, making it easy to choose the right table for your budget. Check the limits before you start playing.
Withdrawals
A pending status usually means the request is being processed. Once your account verification is complete and bonus conditions are met, the process moves along faster. If it is taking longer than usual, contact us via live chat or at [email protected] and provide the transaction reference number.
Withdrawals at bcd99 are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. This timeframe applies to all methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. When account verification is done and bonus conditions are fulfilled, funds typically arrive in the shortest time.

Yes, but you must meet the wagering requirement before withdrawing bonus winnings. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with 10x wagering means you need to complete a total of ৳10,000 in bets — calculated on the bonus amount only. After the requirement is met, the full balance including bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
The minimum withdrawal amount at bcd99 is ৳800. This applies to all methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Before withdrawing, make sure your wallet holds enough winning balance and that the verification process has been completed.
Bonus Terms
You can cancel an active bonus if you wish, but doing so will forfeit the bonus amount and any winnings earned with it. To cancel a bonus, contact the support team via live chat or email. Once cancelled, that bonus cannot be recovered.
Every bonus has a set validity period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the given time, the bonus and any associated winnings are automatically cancelled. Read the expiry date and terms carefully when claiming a bonus so you can meet the requirement within the allotted time.
No, the welcome bonus is available only once per account. It applies to the first deposit only. Attempting to claim the bonus by opening multiple accounts may result in those accounts being closed. Make the most of that first opportunity.
Slot games, certain live casino tables, and sports bets generally count toward wagering, but not all games are weighted equally. The percentage that applies to specific games is stated in the bonus terms. Contact the support team or check the terms and conditions page for accurate details.
